Providers often assess how the program works logistically or operationally as being more critical than the content it delivers when recommending a particular brand’s program to their patients. Building a program well and routinely measuring its ease of use, ease of navigation, speed to therapy, and comprehensive eligibly criteria to support the most patients in need will ensure customer satisfaction.
